Allure Chevron Island

Macquarie York acquired, planned, and delivered Allure, a landmark 17-level residential development on Chevron Island comprising 95 luxury apartments. From site acquisition through to development approval, construction, and completion, we led the entire process with a focus on design excellence, feasibility management, and delivery efficiency.

Working in collaboration with BDA Architecture, Eastview Australia, Urban Planning Services, and Condev, the project achieved a balanced outcome between architectural sophistication, constructability, and market demand. The result was a high-quality, resort-style residential building that set a new benchmark for inner-city coastal living and contributed to the revitalisation of the Chevron Island precinct.
