Macquarie York acquired and amalgamated multiple sites on Chevron Island to deliver a landmark development approval for Niña, a 22-storey residential tower comprising 75 apartments, including luxury penthouses with panoramic skyline views.

Working collaboratively with Plus Architecture, Dux Property, and Urban Planning Services, we oversaw all aspects of planning, design, and development management through to DA approval. The scheme successfully balanced architectural expression, urban design outcomes, and market feasibility to create a refined coastal residential project aligned with Gold Coast City Council’s strategic vision for Chevron Island.

The project showcases Macquarie York’s capability in identifying high-value urban infill opportunities, managing complex site consolidations, and engaging with leading consultants to deliver development-ready outcomes that maximise both land value and design excellence.
