In 2024 we successfully managed, funded, and delivered Westminster Acres, a boutique rural-residential subdivision in Razorback.
We transformed the site into an exclusive five-lot estate, with each lot carefully designed to maximise privacy, natural outlooks, and long-term value. From funding and approvals through to construction, completion, and registration, we oversaw every stage of the development to ensure a premium outcome.
