Located at 16–20 Twenty Third Avenue, Palm Beach, RANA has been designed in collaboration with Plus Studio to deliver an architectural statement defined by barefoot luxury, relaxed sophistication and honest materiality.

This development continues our vision of shaping Palm Beach with thoughtfully designed residences that celebrate the coastal lifestyle.

In collaboration with Plus Studio and an outstanding consultant team, RANA has been carefully designed to respond to its neighbourhood context while setting a new benchmark for refined coastal living.

This marks our third impact assessable DA in Palm Beach – following Azariah Palm Beach and Cirrus Palm Beach – representing another significant step forward in realising our long-term vision for the area.
