We’re pleased to confirm that we have secured development approval for our project at 16–20 Twenty Third Avenue, Palm Beach.

This marks a significant milestone as we continue to deliver high-quality, design-led developments across the Gold Coast.

The approved scheme is a 13-storey development comprising 54 residences, following a considered design evolution throughout the planning process.

Working closely with our consultant team, we refined the proposal to better respond to planning requirements, including adjustments to height, setbacks and overall built form.

The project is centred around a “barefoot luxury” approach — relaxed, coastal and highly liveable — with a strong focus on amenity, including a dedicated wellness level with pool, gym and communal spaces.

With approval now secured, we will progress into detailed design, construction planning and preparation for market release.
