Allure Chevon Island is the latest building set to join the emerging residential precinct of Chevron Island, after being given the green light this week by Gold Coast City Council.

The 16 level luxury tower will be built on a 1652sqm site on the corner of Dalpura Street and Burra Street.

Designed by award winning Gold Coast firm BDA Architects, Allure comprises 89 apartments with two, three and four bedroom configurations.

Allure is being developed and marketed by Sydney based Macquarie York, a project development, marketing and consultancy firm with over 30 years combined industry experience.

Macquarie York Development Manager Roy Skaf says Allure has been designed to complement the Chevron Island skyline and become a distinct landmark within the precinct.

“Allure offers breathtaking views from every aspect, striking architecture and sophisticated interior design,” he said.

“Designed for the owner-occupier, the apartments will offer an average size of 122sqm of floor space representing incredible value starting from just $495,000.

“The contemporary apartments are sleek, with neutral colour palettes, abundant storage and the highest quality fittings and fixtures, to appeal to the most discerning buyer.”

Most apartments will have two car parks, with ample visitor car parking provided.

Mr Skaf says the rooftop is the pinnacle of the project.

“The rooftop will offer panoramic views of the city from north to south, and feature a residents lounge, BBQ and dining area, infinity pool and several viewing decks,” he said.

“The communal areas feature dense sub-tropical landscaping, bringing a sense of resort-style living and a true community atmosphere.”

Macquarie York has engaged a team of award winning local consultants and with proven track records on the Gold Coast.

“Eastview Australia has been appointed as the project manager who have delivered over 2 Billion in projects, with UPS Urban Planning Services and BDA Architects engaged to ensure the design complements the quality and overall identity of the emerging Chevron Island precinct,” Mr Skaf said.

“Allure will become a complementary and respectful addition to the burgeoning suburb, in keeping with the Island’s unique character.”

A sales office equipped with a purpose-built kitchen and bathroom, building model and view shots from each level, opened this week on Thomas Drive. Allure is set to officially hit the market in March with a public launch at HOTA on 13 March.
